Rusty Nail Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 oz. Scotch (Smoky Scotch)
• 1 oz. Drambuie Liqueur

Directions:
Combine both ingredients into a small rocks glass with ice.
Swizzle the cocktail with a swizzle stick.
Garnish the drink with a lemon twist.

This drink can be served wet, dry or perfect.

Rob Roy Recipes
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz Scotch (Macallen, Glenlivet, Chivas, Macallan)
• 1/4 oz sweet vermouth (Can use sweet)
• Angostura bitters to taste
• A maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain and pour into a cocktial glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
