The Deauville cocktail drink was created in New Orleans around1930. The is a great brandy sour drink that you gotta try today. The brandy and Applejack are a nice combination. Deauville Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 3/4 oz brandy (Raynal, Remy Martin, E & J, Christian Brothers, etc.)
• 3/4 oz applejack or calvados (Daron, Busnel, Boulard, etc.)
• 3/4 oz triple sec
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold and frosty.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
